Bacteriophage Lambda PL, PRM and PR promoters, operators and 5' UTR's
The native bacteriophage Lambda promoters (PL, PRM and PR), operator regions (OL1,2,3 and OR1,2,3) and 5' UTR (with RNase III sensitive hairpin-loop and NutL site). The PL and PR promoter can be regulated by the CI and the CRO protein, which is a native lambda transcribed protein.
